  • Scheduling: Moving dates are subject to availability and will be confirmed once the booking is completed. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure your preferred date.
  • Deposits: In some cases, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

4. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled moving date. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Changes: Any changes to the original moving plan, such as additional stops or items, must be communicated before the move. Additional fees may apply for such changes.

5. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Our rates are based on factors such as the distance of the move, the size of the move, and the services required. All prices will be agreed upon before the move begins.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit cards, checks, and cash. Full payment is due upon the completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Late Payments: Any outstanding balances must be paid within 7 days of the move. Late payments may incur interest charges.

6. Liability and Insurance

  • Coverage: Little Elm Mover is licensed and insured. We take responsibility for any damage or loss caused by our team during the moving process. However, we are not liable for items that were packed by the customer or for pre-existing damage.
  • High-Value Items: If you are moving items of high value (e.g., artwork, antiques, jewelry), please notify us in advance. Additional insurance may be required.
  • Limited Liability: We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, or acts of God.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Preparation: Clients must ensure that all items are packed, labeled, and ready for transport by the scheduled moving time, unless using our packing services.
  • Access: Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to both the pickup and delivery locations. This includes arranging parking permits if necessary.
  • Fragile Items: If you are transporting fragile items, it is your responsibility to inform our team so that special care can be taken.

8. Use of Website
